Night Sky

Cj 2001 (Batangas)

The moon is beautiful isn’t it
Conceiving a light that no such thing can ever emit
Nudged my mind that there’s a thing similar to it
Oh, it’s your eyes, a precious thing that can fit

Stars fall here and there
Raging and descending not knowing where
Quite amusing since it’s like an angel’s lair
What a wonderful night it is since what I’m actually seeing is my darling’s glare

About this poem

My devotion to the universe cannot be compared to others. Same to the person I will love.
