Buzz

There's a fly in my ear,
and I cannot get it out.

It buzzes and buzzes,
Until the sun has a drought.

I ask for advice,
And they say eat healthy.

What will it do for the fly?
I cannot eat that, it’s filthy.

Do I wash it out,
Or pick it with a lock?

I get told it’s made up,
a shock.

Pleading for help,
I get turned down.

This time to another person,
not one in a gown.

They claim the doctor can help,
I cry from rejoice!

But the fly in my ear,
It has a voice.

It feels as if it is a part of me.
A two in one package.

The fly and the girl,
I think we will manage.
