Free verse
You are a precious gemstone,
a rare diamond,
my help when I feel helpless.

You help me up when I fall,
you are with me even if the world is against me.
You are a true best friend.

When I feel alone,
you are always there.
In good times and in the bad.

You comfort me in need,
when I fall and stumble,
you help me up and walk with me.

About this poem

Once in a lifetime you become friends with that one person who stands by you and stands up for you against anyone who has anything against you. Who will never leave your side and cheers you up when there is no one else around to help.
