Nada como os velhos tempos da infância
em minha memória, quantas lembranças
no trepa-trepa fui o king-kong
no gira-gira imitei um bumerangue
Como é mágico o brilho de ser criança
para ser de novo qual seria a fiança?
Lembro-me que os doces não eram amargos
e que o amargor nada tinha de doce.
Mas percebo que o tempo não descansa
enquanto que os nossos corações cansam
O agora já foi embora e ninguém viu.
Sabendo que os anos somente avançam
só me resta um lampejo de esperança
ser criança na alma, ser sábio e infantil.
