Cookie Time

Chris Houvouras 1955 (TX)

As my foot reaches the door I can already smell the scrumptious goodness of ginger floating around me.
I float into the kitchen seeing the cookies awaken in the  oven.                                            .                                                                                 Time has passed but my eyes are glued to the oven window wondering and waiting for them to be done.And once there done I’ll be there not wondering or waiting but ready to eat.
