Tiny Angel

Come look and see a wonder of love
This gift of life sent from heaven above
Inside the womb lies a treasure so dear
We know for sure that tiny angel is here

As the days go by, the changes take place
See arms and legs and a precious small face
Hear a beating heart
See kicks from small feet and toes
How beautiful to see how this angel grows

Lord protect this precious small one
Throughout the night and all day long
Mommy, please don't send your angel away
Mom, I need your love; please allow me to stay

The time has come and the moment draws near
For tiny angel to finally appear
Like a caterpillar becomes a butterfly
The angel transforms into a baby that cries

The mommy holds her angel so close
With tears of joy, she"s longed for this the most
As the baby sleeps and gently begins to coo
Mommy gently says, "Tiny angel, I love you."
She smiles and says, "Tiny angel, I love you."
Thank God for you, my tiny angel
