After Hours

                           After Hours

It was not so long ago
I’ve met the most intriguing woman
In front of the local book store
Gazing through the window
At the display of old books

She had a beauty I had never seen
In such a long, long time
Weeks later as my love grew
And hers

I kissed her passionately
As she turned ,her neck she offered
My thirst, my desire grew to make her mine
Forever
Longing for her blood, her life, her eternity

But only at night
Only after hours
