Quick One

Number14 1972 (California)

The day has arrived,
True colors appear.
I know the awkward vibe inside my stomach.
I begin to cringe when I sense the color pattern has switched.
I know when the disguise is on,
it's all a bowl of cherries.
How ever the reality of this situation only grows more toxic.
Stop it.
Close my eyes and let the darkness keep me safe.
For one day my wish is to be alone and never hear from another soul.
