My Wish For You

Dare – take time to peruse and read
Share my hopes, my wishes – dreams
Identify or disagree with love’s struggles
Radiant smiles – but read, reflect, imbibe
You, the reader – blessed
As you escape into the imaginary world

Of senses

A world of feeling and emotions
The baby’s cry, the lover’s exultation
The philosopher, the cursing soldier
The benevolent patrician
All make appearances
You link with my thoughts
Link with my enormous dreams
You give me the greatest gift
As you let me tease your brain
With truths and contradictions
Muse your mind with my ramblings
Hear my echo saying:
Thank you!
Thank you
For the time we mingled
