I Want You

Was it you? Was it really
you and not me? Had you
changed so much so
quick so fast

It's been months now
but when I think of it
Today I still feel the
same that I felt from
the first day

that same day you
promised me you would
never break my heart
seems so far away now too
I guess you lied and sad
thing is that I still want you

Why? Why did you lie
to me after so long

the things that they
said they all not seem
so wrong

there was one before
you and you promised
not to do me the same

you promised me that night
and now you redion of him
I hated him, you hated him
so why did you become him

when you were away? busy
and you never had the time
i knew something was up
but I couldnt understand why

you were everything that I
wanted everything and more
I gave you the benefit of the
doubt and you hurt me even more

you looked at me in that
dead of the night it wasnt
working out something didnt
feel right

you claimed it wasnt me
it was you and you seem
to feeling this way for a long time

so why didnt you tell me
before all the feelings
got so deep and personal

tears ran down the side
of my cheeks the call was
devastating why did you?
why would you? you thought you
had all the answers yet none
were right how could you? the
crinkles you left in me
