mistake

At the door I stand their crying
when I am alone
among all my friends
my emotions overflow and I cry
sitting on the floor.

Making fun of how I look
infront of everyone inside the room
I felt like my flesh, my skin, my heart
was wrenching slowly

I call my dad to pick me up
but he doesn't has time for me
I pick my jacket and wear it
roam around the lonely streets.

searching for a place to sit
I walk along to a way
to the coffee shop and sit there
staring at the floor

thinking why you'd do that to me
tears rolling down
my lashes are falling
my liner is smuggling
while i sit there crying
you come to me rushing
saying you are sorry
but then I say
darlin' you see it's to late
for any apologies.
