A New Day

I opened my eyes,
once more today,
Looking ahead for
A happy new day

Dreams were new,
with high good hopes,
I tries climbing high,
Throwing heavy ropes

Unlucky was my mind
Arrow of past hit me,
Thinking too much
I was a cut tree

Past and Future
Became like fog,
Surrounding my mind
Made me a lost dog

I saw carefully ,
A big world around me,
Full of happiness which
made me feel free

Wide blue sky,
Green trees underneath,
Soothing cold air
Always for my care

Chirping of birds,
Falling rain drops
Blooming flowers,
Wide green crops

I peeped in between ,
Closing my eyes,
All issues were inside
Not a single outside

When I looked in ,there was peace
All work was easy, I did it with ease

I am not alone,
Whole world is with me
Saying this each day,Success is with me

God is in me
And all around,
If such is thought,
Heaven is here and now.
