How it felt.
My happiness was surreal,
And your laugh grew on me.
Back and forth,
The emotions were swinging.
What is right,
And what if I'm wrong.
What lies ahead,
And what it was.
Did no longer matter.
I liked you and that was all I knew.
But the distance between us,
was not as close as I might have assumed.
You grew farther every day
You were always busy in every way,
And I just stood there waiting for you,
But you never even cared.
Though I always hoped,
And waited for you again.
About this poem
It is about the coaster of emotions of a girl about her relationship with a guy who fluttered her heart and always left here waiting for him.
