Enough

When the day comes to an end
When I’m exhausted and nothing I can mend
When is it enough?

When I speak and am not heard
When nobody understands a single word
When is it enough?

When I get sober
And realize all the lies that were covered
When is it enough?

When I think of the abuse
And all of the truth
When is it enough?

When I think of me
And how I’m setting myself free.
I AM ENOUGH!
