you win

Gerald Murray Williams 1972 (cape town)

Coming from a hurtful past looking back how did I last
all the pain and all the misery oooh how could it be
born from love send from above..what went wrong

my  music my song gone for ever and ever
what have I become on my own my own
I had to learn to make it in the world

listening to people or so I heard.
respect those whos older than you and always speak truth
you can make it through the storm
you can make it through every song

the pain wont last always,
just stay on your knees and pray.
