wombal canal heaves continuity

within its chambers as a child is born

ushering into immortality

joy is here, ripened by the morning sun

navel to push, cervix to labour orn

gestational evidences of hope

legacy, time captured kaleidoscope

mandate fulfilled by multiplication

fate of mankind hangs on fragile rope

procreation is for self-preservation
