Dark or Light

Calmness is clear water untouched and unharmed
Rage is upset boiling water in which you can’t see
Happiness is the sun bright and smiling
Sadness is the moon when it can’t be seen gloomy and dark  

Darkness is being upset  
Brightness  is being happy and living life to the fullest
