Wherever I May Go
Wherever I May Go
Author: Mark V. Markov
As the road becomes my life.
I have let go of all my pride,
And in God I do confide
For the faith keeps me satisfied,
Gives me all I need
And the word of God I crave
Only knowledge will I save,
In Jesus Christ I stay a flame,
A Pentecostal..
Call me what you will.
But I'll take my time anywhere
Free to speak of Christ everywhere
As I redefine anywhere
Anywhere I go,
Where I lay my head is home
Wherever I may,
Wherever I may go,
Wherever I may,
Wherever I may be.
Wherever I may,
Wherever I may go.
Wherever I may,
Wherever I may be.
As the earth evolves my home
I adapt to the unknown,
Under wandering stars
With God and never alone
And my ties are white as snow clean
Glory be to the Holy Trinity
The less I have
The more I gain,
On the narrow path I stay
Wherever I may,
Wherever I may go.
Wherever I may,
Wherever I may be.
Wherever I may,
Wherever I may go.
Wherever I may,
Wherever I may be.
A true believer...
Call me what you will.
But I'll take my time anywhere
I'm free to speak of Christ everywhere
As I never mind anywhere
Anywhere I go,
Where I lay my head is home
But I'll take my time anywhere
I'm free to speak of Christ everywhere
And I'll take my time anywhere
Anywhere I go,
Were I lay my head is home
But I'll take my time anywhere
I'm free to speak of Christ everywhere
And I'll redefine anywhere
Anywhere I go,
Where I lay my head is home
Upon the cornerstone
My body, spirit, soul cries out
With Jesus Christ I'm home
My body, spirit,soul cries out,
With Jesus Christ I'm home...
