Accused

Amazing..
It would have been
If it was all like
what it meant to be..
Just like he made me believe
And how I wished and thought
For a while..
What it meant to be..

I don't know
What to do or say
With doubt and fear I stay
How am I to belive
Any of it now..
When all that turned out to be
Just a big lie...

He made me belive
Giving so much
Yet what he took back
Was twice as much..
I am blank now..
Empty and hopeless..
Knowing I was
Cheated and betrayed..

How am I to stand any of these
When he called me "the lier.."
And "the cheater.."
When ever since
And yet and yet
What I still have for him
In my heart
Is only true love..

About this poem

Being the victim of a breakup.. falsely accused but yet treasures the true love within the heart. Things are just too complicated to tackle some times..
