Nakalimutang Tula (Forgotten Poem)

Maepail 1999 (Marikina)

(4:38 pm)

Tatapusin ko na sana ang tula
Pero mukhang hindi ko na makita
Hindi ko na mahanap pa ang mga salita
Naglaho na ng parang bula

Malayo kasi talaga
Kaya alam na malabo na
Magkalayo ang mga salita
Malabo ang mga letra

Hindi ko na mahabol ang mga ideya
Ang isipan ah nagiba na
Dating pakiramdam ay nabura na
Kaya pa bang makita ang malabo na?

Nakalimot narin ako sa tema
Saan nga ba nagsimula iyong tula?
Ano nga ba ang gitna?
Katapusan ay isusulat pa ba?

Nakalimot nga ang aking utak
Ngunit ang puso ay tiyak
May isang tulang minsan ay tumatak
Ngayon ay hindi ko na mahanap

Forgotten Poem

I'm about to finish a poem
But seems like I can't find it
I can't find the words
It vanished like a bubble

Indeed, it is far
That's the reason for it's blurred lines
Words are far from each other
Unreadable words

Can't catch the ideas
I'm really out of those
The old feelings is gone
Can I still see the blurred lines?

I also forgot the theme
Where is the beginning of that poem?
What is the message of it?
Will I still write the ending?

Yes, I can't remember that poem
But my heart is certain
There is a poem that once marked in me
But now, I can't find it anymore~
