In a World of Hate

Her vibrant burgundy hair drifted with the wind,
Crouched by the family oak tree,
Eyes closed picturing a not so cruel world.
The small crease between her plush lips wanting to destroy the silence,
She feels as one on this altar of justice.
Wordlessly shedding tears for those wailing for their lives at war.
Sickened nevertheless of those having no bias.
Nations unsympathetic, and relentless of the broken world.
Our children having to be observed every step with the fear of trafficking,
Whilst our governments compensating innocent lives.
Imagine,
Oh just imagine a calm realm,
Nations accepting one another,
Full of love and spirituality.
Peace and ever longing hope is what she imagined,
A vibrantly colored world with no hate.
