Poison

We are poisonous.
Pretending the planet
could’ve planned for this disaster.
Disillusioned to the despair delivered by demons dressed just like me.
Malevolence meanders ever through our moors,
slamming doors to declare our denial that we are all damned.
This is not a debate.
We are the rapture,
We are the plague,
We are the reason we are all afraid.
