My Anxiety

As my world devolves in wreck and ruin,

No one asks me "how ya doin"

I don't know what I would say,

Probably that "I'm ok"

Suffering silently

Me and my anxiety

Well, now that is no longer true,

As I share how I am with you,

Mostly cat in the bag is bought,

Spending time in solace sought,

As again the who in me,

Turns into anxiety.
