Define life

Believe you me my friend
Where I am from, we work hard Just to get our foots out on the front yard
Just 10kms away it's a different story of what I just said
You told me that's what life is all about The ups and the downs until the candle in our soul keep burning to give us light
But what about those people who had it all sort out
Those who Came to this world to party every night
For those people, your definition of life doesn't seem to work out
even a single term have two definitions based on the amount of money  you willing to cash-out
And my friend That's my definition of life
It's a routine of rich people telling us what to do with our life
Telling how to keep our health in order to be safe from disease they created and give us through donation packs
The lies we have to make to protect our innocence
Yes that's life
Doing what you got to do just to keep your family alive
The times when you're hurting inside but can't show it to no one So you have to cover it with a smile
The times when everything you do failed, and you start to question where did I go wrong to miss my dream this bad
Those times that you get up in the middle of the night and You say why God
This isn't supposed to happen to me God
I was nothing but a good kid
I don't think I get what I deserved God
I am not blaming it on you But show me some mercy before I turn to something you don't want me to God
The times you just want to go home and cry the whole night Just to get bit better in the morning for another start
Yes that's life
Seeing your mom struggling with life
But couldn't do anything to stop the pain and pull her out
The suicidal thoughts you have
Just to make you somewhat alive
searching everywhere for our purpose
Where our purpose buried inside
After all that, the times we spent at our families couch
To laugh at the jokes a comedian made about our life
That's the proper definition I know of life
It's just a system to encourage the riches to go higher And the poors to stay where they are
Yes that's life
