Some way out

I wonder how life would be without our mistakes! I wonder could I breathe without any space? I wonder could I fly with just one Wing? Well, maybe I'll try, if you release me from shackles and breakaway chains for my wrist and my ankles! I wonder if I died would my life have taken its toll? Or maybe just maybe, if I survive will I strive to grow old? No! I said no! And no definitely means no! My heart is too broken to love another soul! I've tried to show you I love you, but love isn't enough! Persecution is better! No drowning is wetter! Yes, freezing is colder!, but burning is hotter! Dying as if I have no reason to grow higher! Crying with no pause! Replying with no applause! Taking each breath as I gasp through the fog! Yes, I've taken a fall, but stampeded when down! And each time he lifts me high from the ground! Each time I'm lifted, and granted, I'm gifted. But what type of gift comes in a wrapping like this? I'm all torn up and turn inside out! I wonder, I wonder, is there some way out!?
