Fiddler

He was made to play
Melody smouldered in it
A wooden violin refined by time
Whispering for life in a daydream

He revived the bow and with it
Each imagination's space
Music plays subtly inside him
It saturates the air with sounds in the first place

I listened to the violinist and together with him
I followed every note
In the upper parts of the melody, I absorbed the sunshine
To show remorse in the lower parts on the spot

I was listening to the violinist when suddenly he
For a moment he closed his dreamy eyes
In another dimension of time he dreamt
He charmed me with it every time
