A Better Tomorrow
Each step longing for the impossible
Trying to accept the unacceptable
Day by day learning how to survive
Praying for others to come alive
Wondering when will the peace begin
While seeking for the madness to end
World tossing and turning at a beat
While still experiencing a lonely defeat
One day their here the next their gone
Dragging yourself just to carry on
Seeing the disappointments in their face
All you have to give is a empty place
Waiting and longing for your last breath
Mind, body and soul will finally be at rest
Even though you only see pain and sorrow
Believing there will be a better tomorrow.
