They say the eyes are the windows to the soul
My heart must be the door to the gold
My mind still remains cold
Searching for the truth of the world

If only I were bold enough to row into the darkness of the universe
And shine bright while I rephrase this verse

Marvelous words filled with sorrow
I am all yours to borrow
Why do I always give myself to the world
When I am always thrown into the dirt
The irony in that sentence alone is enough to explain we live in a place filled with dirt
