Triggered

Triggered
Terror, from the memories flooding your mind.
Resentment, for not doing something different back then.
Irritability, because the people closest to you do NOT understand what you are going through.
Gasping, for breath because of the panic attack plaguing you.
Ghosting, the people in your life who remind you of that time.
Evidence of what he did to you, but not enough to get him put away.
Rage, at how the system failed you.
Enough pain to fill up three football fields with some left over.
Damming your mind for plaguing you with these memories.
