I am nothingness

Non-existence or invisible possibility, feeling like I don’t belong, confused in a world full of people who don’t get or only get me momentarily. Never completely sure my mind feels like it’s constantly pacing, but I know that I am nothingness no real existence to you tell of, just a man floating at sea nothingness is me. I am lost, I do not know where I have stumbled. 1:55am hits the clock and I know I should be asleep, I’ve encountered an emotion or emotions that aren’t new to me. These words are the only things that will completely accept m. I breathe life into these words, and they breathe life into me. I am nothingness, nothingness is me. Dreading everything I write, but loving it also. When I write the words create a place everything makes sense where the emotions I felt today shall not be lost and thrown to waste. Yes, I am nothingness and nothingness is me, I am a man thrown in a large chasm of emotion while also lost in an emotionless deep sea, these words make me feel like me.

About this poem
