Lost

Julia Lester 1974 (England)

I’ve walked this life and I’ve taken the tour, and yes I’ve dealt with all the strife that I’ve had to endure.
But when you left this world my heart fell to pieces , and everything I thought I knew, it just suddenly ceases!
I see your face and the memories play over , then my hearts on display like a negative exposure!

Im crying out …please don’t leave me here, I just need to feel you  near!!

But the days , they go on , and they turn into years, and I’m just left here with the rain and a sea full of broken tears!
I know I must carry on and let your soul finally rest,  but thought of you no longer here continues to manifest!!!
I pray one day that we shall meet once again, and into the great unknown and when, I will search high and low and I won’t give up till we are rejoined forever in Zen
