Fickleness

It is said and done
Ruined and hurt
Still couldn't get off my mind
Heart and memories

Sense of responsibility in you
Mustered courage in me
Hoping I became your priority
Childish feckless play

Swifted off my feet
Keeping me on cloud nine
Volatile reflection of thoughts
Wishing to remain forever

Seeing those joyful eyes
Looking for me all the time
Selfless bonding built
With those budding attachment

Decade has passed
Only remembering the fond history
Fear did come true
Dissipating something real good

Not knowing what I actually want
What time brought to me
Giving and sharing sometimes
Parting away wrecking my will

Passing every turmoil
Heading life mulling over
Trying to live on my own
Guessing this is how you move on

Messy has been my life
Painful every moment
When one part hardly got together
Other part scattered

Feigning what is happening
Lying with teary smile
Defying circumstances
Complying only acceptance

For my own peace
Need to grasp one thing
I can't forget the ache caused
While hovering for the fond one
