Cake

Luke Breen 1998 (United States)

I would enjoy a cake
By a lake
With a snake
Drinking a shake
O, how I’d like a steak
With my cake
Eating with a spoon
Because I’m a loon
I can’t bake
I want my cake soon
I can nearly see the moon
Going down soon
If I do not get my cake
Before I wake
I will shake
In my bed alone
I will let out a moan
Let there be cake
Or at least a snake
For when I wake
I will have to bake
For tomorrow
I will make my
Cake
For heaven’s sake
