Broken Bridges

Downward thoughts
As they fall
Infrastructure of the mind
Can we rebuild
Our souls that were born
Taken from the hands
Meant to be one
Broken bridges
Rotten wood and mold
The bridge across
Is a long one
Blame history to correct
The present
Put a time machine
Record today
Broken bridges
Only souls rebuild
true bridges
That cross

Sounds like rebuilding broken relationships, broken souls, broken bridges, it's sense transcends the natural. What a talented poet!
