SHEEPLE

Phil Roberts 1957 (Melbourne)

The young today are mere sheeple
Who cannot act at all on their own,
Too indoctrinated to see we’ve lost
Basic freedoms we once had known.

Yes sheeple always follow after
Those whom they call the leader,
Like sheep in a barren paddock
Waiting for a rural feeder.

Sheeple follow the leader
And do whatever they’re told,
They’ve given in to the brainwashing
And seem to like being controlled.

Sheeple graze in big cities
And not out on distant farmlands,
They gladly obey every order
They like to be given commands.

Sheeple like to be told how to act ‘right’
They like to be told what to say,
They’ve given in to political correctness
And gladly live their lives like slaves.
