Be wary

The battle is not over,
the war has just begun;
let God be your shelter
as in Psalm ninety one.

Listen to the words
our Father spoke to John
about the things yet to come
before the last rays of the sun.

Salvation knocks upon the door
when you let the Saviour in
for you still have the chance
to receive grace for your sin.

The Lord spoke to Daniel
of times when all will end,
then great distress will be
when angels will be sent.

Our God will never leave you
nor will he forsake you,
rest in him and never fear
and see what he will do.

Satan lost the final fight
for death is nevermore;
Jesus was victorious
and life he has ensured.

The truth is far from Satan
and now he seeks to fight
by killing, stealing, lying
about our precious light.

Don't trust and think he's gone;
he comes to steal your soul:
the terror of the night
will see your heart grow cold.

About this poem

The poem signals a time when much deception is about. The deceiver plans to deceive many regarding death: he wants to ensure that mankind reverts to fear of physical death rather than spiritual death.
