International Yoga Day 2021

21st June  an International Yoga Day
It helps to keep illness at bay

This year's theme is Yoga for Wellness
For all the health and its goodness

A ray of hope during Pandamic
Yoga is an art to save us from epidemic

India's valuable gift  to save calamity
Contribution of Indian tradition to humanity

It's a holistic medium for health care
For healthy life  have some time to spare

Practicing Yoga boosts respiratory health
Stay fit and save a lot of wealth

Yoga is about self acceptance
So later there is no repentance

Your mind and body are for a lifetime
And it's balance proves to be sublime

Yoga is not about a body for swooning
It's for self control and fine tuning
