A Song to Categorize Each Stage of Our Life

Ronald-Bunch 1982 (Grand Rapids)

A train of melodies.
A song.
A long lasting hymn.
To hum and dance
With every glance.
To sing praises.
To go as we are shod
Standing in church.
To relax and place roses
On our birth, death and memorial.
To give reassurance
To the lost and faithless.
To tear down moldy homes
With a blast.
To build new homes that will last.
To live beyond the tombs of the past.
To reach the heavens and sing
Praises to God that will last.
Along our life we will find strife
And a song to categorize each stage of our life.
