The Memories I have of Rain

The memories I have of rain are always some of my best.
Whether I’m watching a movie or having a quest.
The sound of drops falling is music to my ears.
It makes me feel safe and wipes away fears.
The nights when there’s thunder, I’m never stressed
Because I know nature will be my life vest.
It sings me to sleep and ensures I have rest
So I wake up to a bright morning with the clouds it clears.

As soon as it starts raining I get dressed.
Dressed to go out and be blessed.
Go out to be blessed by nature’s tears.
The clouds let out their pain and fears.
The skies are lighter and brighter after rain, so they do it for the best.
