Recipe for Happiness
First, you want to start off by preheating your day with a positive attitude.
Put some jokes into your bowl.
Add kindful words when speaking to others.
Mix with surrounding yourself with the right people.
Bake with your favorite activities.
Frost with breaks from what’s stressing you out.
And top it off with focusing on what makes you happy, not what pleases others.
