Wandering

My mind wanders
Down the hill
And up the stream
Through the Milkyway
And into Narnia.
Like bouncing
Of ping-pong balls
All around an
Empty room.
It echoes
Like a scream
In a cavern
And roars
Like the lion
I wish I could be.
I wish I could be
In my mind
And out of the world.
But when I’m
In the world
They think
I’m out of my mind.
