The Cardinal

Jennifer Kline 1965 (Goshen Indiana)

I saw a cardinal just the other day........I wondered if you came to visit because I really need now little brother.

Yesterday was your birthday and I really needed a hug and to spend the day with you. I saw a cardinal the other day..... I wonder if you miss me as much as I miss you.

It’s been six years now....I thought it would be easier as time passes but it really hurts my heart that you’re not here.l saw a cardinal the other day......I know you came o check on me. I’m going to be ok, but missing you sometimes makes life harder than it needs to be .

There’s a saying that if you see a cardinal someone from heaven is visiting. You’re welcome here anytime little brother. I so wish we had more time. We really didn’t have much time to know each other.

I saw a cardinal the other day....I know it was you checking up on me. I wonder little brother are you missing me as much as I’m missing you little brother? Are you loving me as much as I’m loving you?

I saw a cardinal the other day....I know it was you coming to say hi. You’re welcome here anytime little brother anytime at all.
