God, tell me

Sarvesh Jewalikar 2005 (Nanded)

God, tell me will you forgive me
For all my sins which I committed
and still do.

God, tell me will you forgive me
For the results of all my bad desires
which still reside inside me.

God, tell me can you purify my soul
For my soul which has already decayed.

God, tell me can you bring dead back to life
For my body which is wounded outside
and already dead inside.

God, tell me do bad people also do good deeds
For my bad deeds will outnumber the good ones.

God, tell me if sinners also get a third chance
For I already lost my first and second ones

God, just once tell me if a little good resides inside me.
For I have become a sick monster and do monsters have hearts?
