Pancakes

Pancakes, half-dribbled in brown sugar; healthy
As, bitter pain roll off your tongues, like billy-o
Groups and wooden tables; secrets, whispers
Flooded café counters; with orders, long bills
You, in a nook, solitude breather, thought eater

Solar panels, we've fitted; inside our every cell
Exchanging lights, with strangers; in blind city
Doves on power lines, gray; outside low house
Witnessing, hue of sun; tanned skin in context to
If you try, you'll find;  stairs to climb, verse to relay

On axis, the world rotates; so our perseverance
Lashes of wishes' hovered away in hurricane
Scissors run on frilled dresses, how to dance
For, life is an untamed music, you're an untrained dancer
With time tricks, you'll learn to catch bits, steps

Chlorinated pool of thoughts; you're diving deeper
Switchblades cut off your consciousness badly
Tangled breaths, misplaced keys; no escape
Let chirping sparrows not go unheard, of heart
For, still you've got beats to construct bold living

Peppermint toothpaste, to shake your monotony
Ignite furnace, of passion over predicaments
Signature on check isn't you, but smile on other lips
Life, living days to end up dissolving in satisfaction
Frames you fill, karma you do will give you rebirth
