The sun and the moon

He is the sun
I am the moon
Everyday he shines
And I leave soon

He is the main character
I am just a friend
But after everything that happen
Maybe that’s not the end

He doesn’t need anyone to shine
if only he knew
He could see everything
From my point of view

I claim for his attention
Because one part of me
I will never show to him
And he is never going to see

I am the moon
He is the sun
Some part of him in me
Will never be done

I like the darkness and the light
He pretends that cannot see
that I try to show him
The best part of me

Because deep inside he knows
That he likes the Earth better
You and her are going slow
Let me be with you faster

This will never ends
He is going to be with her forever
And I am going to pretend
That I like when they are together
