Analysis of Screaming Silence
Solitary,
in a dim-lit room
pondering and trying to grasp
the narration of
the moment's placidity.
Tonight's unwanted scene
as ever,
cradles and comforts him
as if he would be consoled.
The moonbeam's intervention
of glinting on his face,
flaunting the now-moistened eyes of his
only intensifies the silent
and doleful view.
The unwavering scream
in the very heart of a soul woebegone,
wanting to be heard
if only to be understood
resonates to distances.
But the should-be hearers
are nothing but deaf.
