Analysis of Freefall
Leo Long 1986 (Durban)
I feel myself dropping
Falling from the skies
My hands grasping wildly
As the clouds whisp on by
The pitch of night surrounds me
Swallowing up my cries
Evil stars they wink at me
As onward down I fly
My life flashes before me
In slow motion I see you leave
Our love in a thousand pieces
Drifts off in the cold breeze
Shattered now I lay
On the rocks of despair
Red flows my emotions
From the broken heart I bare
