Analysis of Lies
Sean^45 2000 (Limpopo)
Never thought it could become toxic
never poured my heart out
never trusted any of it, you were different
used to see the galaxy in your eyes
used to see more when i looked at you
used to see the world through your touches
i put my life on the line based on your honesty
i thought you were more than just an illusionist
i never thought that summer could end the way it did
told me i was the one you saw a future with
told me a bunch of lies and i took them to heart
told me the dirtiest stories yet i took a bath in them
guess i am just a sucker that got played
guess i am just another statistic you got
guess i am just the one you had to play
my shirts smelling like a liar
my trousers stuck from all the dishonesty
my blankets uninhabitable from all your drama
the air no longer inhalable
the blood in my heart poisonous
the thoughts in my brain disconnecting
