Analysis of 2020/07/20 ~ My Amazing Grace

Master, I don't deserve this grace.
I never did anything for You.
Out in this world, I've been so lost,
Until I found Your Word, so true.
You sent Your messenger over to me
To tell me I was truly loved;
Told me I could live for eternity
If I'd just believe in Your act of love.

I cried out, "Master, I don't deserve this!
I want to take Your hands, but there's something wrong.
For so long, I've been so deep in sin,
How could it have been like this all along?"
You tell me, "Child, just believe and take my hand
You're going to have to take a leap of faith
'Cause two-thousand years ago I came down to man,
And gave to you My amazing grace.

With tears of shame and wonder do I cry,
Unable to understand how this could be.
How is it that One could come and die
So I could live for eternity?
So I take His hand and a leap of faith
Figuring it's the right thing to do.
He pulls me into His embrace
As I finally realize it's all true.

Now, He's sent me out to y'all
To relay His message of grace and truth.
Ever since mankind into sin did fall
He knew there was only one thing left to do.
He sent His only Son down to the cross
And three days later He was living again.
So, come all you that are lost.
Come to Him and repent.

Some may be like me, crying out, "I don't deserve this!
I want to take Your hands, but there's something wrong.
