The Seventh of April
This is very special day on life’s reel
If you are reeling under depression
And facing its aggression
The day alerts us against its undue suppression
And reminds us of global noble mission

The day is observed as World Health Day
And this year ‘depression’ is the theme of the day
‘Depression’ is this year’s slogan
It is an awful psyche killer slow gun
And against it the campaign has begun
‘Depression’ if not checked earlier
Leads to suicide or selfcide
The very act malafide

Might it be sin
However its root cause should be seen
All negative vibes push one into depression
Positive vibes is the dire need for his resurrection
And need of the hour is appropriate action
If the person is pulled out of depression
His mental hygiene sees promising progression

Along with mental health
Be cautious about physical and spiritual health
After all ‘Health is Wealth’
Health is such an issue
One ought to be careful about each cell and tissue

This day is really a wake -up call
